In the same series, Class 11th student Rishabh Dhanda brought pride to the state of Haryana, by bagging the Vijay Merchant Trophy’ for his team and state. Coach Rahul Sharma, while briefing about the information, said that this Cricket Tournament was held from 21st October 2018 to 15 January 2019. The matches of this tournament were organized in different states of the country like Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Andhra Pradesh.

In this tournament, Rishabh Dhanda, a student of Shah Satnam Boys School, participated in the Under-16 age group from the Haryana State team, in which his performance was commendable. Haryana State started its winning campaign from the very first match of the 'Vijay Merchant Trophy' which was played against the team of J & K. After this, the team played with the team of Jharkhand finalists, beating teams from Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. After defeating Jharkhand's team, they bagged the 'Vijay Merchant Trophy’ with ease.
