53 units blood donation, 112 patients health checkup by volunteers of DSS in kikarkheda, Punjab.
The DSS Volunteers organized a Blood
donation and health checkup camp at Shah SatnamiMoj Dispensary and Namcharcha
House situated in KikarKheda, Branch of Dera Sacha Sauda as per the teachings of
his holiness Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insan. The block level naam charcha
was held from 9 am to 11 pm, while the camp started from 11 am to 3 pm on
Sunday.
During the Namcharcha, the glory of the
saints and Lord was praised, which was attended by the followers with great
reverence. There were 53 units of blood donation in the blood donation camp. The health checkup of 112 patients
was done at the General Medical Examination Camp. The blood was collected Blood
Bank of Abohar Civil Hospital.
A
total of 112 patients, including 69 women and 43 men, were examined there for
their health. Free medicines were also distributed by the Block Committee to
the needy patients. On this occasion, arrangements were made for blood donation
with an arrangement of tea for all.
The
devotees were so enthusiastic at the blood donation camp that they stood in the
long queues and waited eagerly for their turn. Many people came with the desire
to donate the blood but some could not donate blood due to lack of
infrastructure for and they felt quite disappointed
Many people donated the blood for the first
time as part of this camp.
All blood donors were very excited. Blood
is absolutely free for the moderate patients in Civil Hospital Abohar. These
days the need for blood is very much. Every healthy person must donate blood at
the age of 18 to 60 years. Blood can only be donated by human beings, it is not
made in a lab, so we must donate blood to save lives said a Blood bank lab
employee and the same is taught by rev. Baba Ram Rahim Ji to his followers.
Following the sacred inspiration of the
revered Guru Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, Dera devotees have
taken the responsibility of humanity by donating blood for the needy patients
in the camp. The Bank thanked all the team members and the donors for their
wonderful gesture.
